Hi, my name is John Wojcik. I was born and raised in Krakow Poland. After high school, I graduated with a degree in building and engineering Construction from the University of Krakow. I successfully ran my own construction company in Poland before moving to Chicago in 1993. After 20 years of operating my construction company, I relocated to Florida in 2013.
I've recently retired from my business and am excited to begin my next chapter in life as a Florida real estate agent. I believe my enthusiasm, hard work and ethics will help me be successful as your realtor.
Each home buyer or seller has very specific needs. I can recognize that needs and help make your buying or selling process enjoyable. You can expect attention to detail and follow up through the course of the transaction as well as after closing.
I am a family man, happy husband, father and grandfather. I love motorcycles, playing music and fishing.
